Notification Area error

Several times now when I start Rhythmbox, I get a Notification error dialog asking if I want to restart it. I click yes and all is well agin. If I say no my Rhythmbox icon at the Notification Area is lost forever.

This may happen with other application but I only check my music from time to time.
