Fedora 11 on Samsung R418
I've installed and updated Fedora 11 to the latest packages on my Samsung R418 laptop. This laptop has an Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 processor at 2.1 GHz, 2 GB DDR RAM at 800 MHz, a 320 GB WD 2.5" hard disk at 5400rpm, a 14" LED display, Atheros Wireless LAN, Marvell LAN, Broadcom Bluetooth and a 1.3 MP camera. It works very well, but the only problem lies with the function keys for switching off the display, wireless and to change display brightness. For changing brightness, I need to use the setpci command with the value specified.
