Brasero Error

Hi,

I have Fedora 11 and when I burn a DVD, I get a message saying 'You do not have the required permissions to use this drive'. It shows me a log of the session and I have pasted it below. Even though I get this message, it will burn the DVD successfully.

Is there any way I can get rid of this error?

Thanks

Joe Green

Mind the question are you using a virtual machine by any chance?

No my laptop is running only Fedora 11. It's not a dual boot system. I am not running virtual machine.

It's strange that I am the only one who is getting this error because nobody seems to have any clue?

Do you guys use any other software?

I installed GnomeBaker and burnt one DVD video but it didn't work in the DVD player. Before burning GnomeBaker, I selected Jolite and Rock Ridge. Do you think I shouldn't have selected because I was burning a video DVD to play in DVD player and watch it on TV.

Before burning using GnomeBaker, this time I unchecked Jolite and Rock Ridge, and still video DVD will not play in DVD player.

Since no one is experiencing this problem with Barsero and GnomeBaker, I must be a nutcase. I even wrote to the developer of Brasero but no answer. My be fedora project should stop new releases and first focus on making sure things work on current version 11.

I have the same problem.
Brasero reports "You do not have the required permissions to use this drive" after burning.
The burnt disc seems to work fine.

Running a clean F11-64 with no virtualisation.
