Angry How to recover corrupted F10 install (Failed upgrade process via install media)

I tryed to upgrade my F10 x86_64 system to F11 via install media because Preupgrade
method not working!! it stopped at %20 of upgrade process because it doesnt
read 1 package from dvd then I exitted installer and my F10 system corrupted
then I changed my redhat-release file to Fedora10 and tryed to upgrade again
via install media and this bug appeared. How can I resume upgrade my corrupted
F10 install ? I dont want to re-install

(note: I successfully upgraded my system from fc7 to f10 via preupgrade so F11 update really big pain)

I also tryed to to yum upgrade but yum and rpm is updated (last failed upgrade attempt) and cant read rpm db lots of errors. I did export pythonpath=/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages method but no luck still didnt working..

can I try to upgrade F12 Beta if nothing to do for this scenario?
