Easytag mp3 support disabled

Installed Easytag which works fine with flac and ogg files but does not recognize mp3 files.
The help/about/extensions tab shows mp3 and speex file support disabled, all other formats enabled.
Checked Easytag website, according to them only id3lib is required for mp3 capability.
Yum reports id3lib installed and latest version.
Used yum to remove easytag, manually deleted the .easytag dir in the home folder then reinstalled. No change.
Is it possible the binary in the repository was compiled without mp3 support?

I found a bug report against that and it is fixed and new packages are in the koji, but it is strange that new packages were built on the 19th October, but they are not yet available with yum.

Woo, i hope it will have mp3 support when final released.

It was fixed after the freeze for F12 Final, so the new build didn't go into the main F12 tree automatically, it's sitting in the pending queue for post-F12 release updates. I've added a comment to the bug explaining to the maintainer that he can file a tag request to have it go into the F12 final tree.
