Arrow Help.. problems with videos in firefox (Fedora 11), only gray screen

hi all

i`ve a problem about video's format in firefox, i've been analizing the problem and don´t find accurate answer. I'm starting to use fedora, and the truth I do well, but I have this problem for some time

i use s.o fedora 11 (leonidas),
i was cheking the Adobe Flash Plugin 10.0.32.18 (correct installed)

i was cheking aboutlugins in the url's firefox regarding flash player and i got the following descriptions:

Shockwave Flash
Nombre del fichero: nswrapper_32_32.libflashplayer.so

The Totem 2.26.3 plugin handles video and audio streams.

$ rpm -qa | grep flash
Also:

Code:
$ cd /usr/lib/firefox_version
$ firefox -safe-mode
Check if flash work fine on safe-mode.

as you told me..
. firts with code "rpm -qa | grep flash" run follows:

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qa | grep flash
python-webflash-0.1-0.1.a9.fc11.noarch
flashrom-0.9.1-1.fc11.i586
libflashsupport-000-0.5.svn20070904.i386
gallery2-flashvideo-2.3-14.fc11.noarch
flash-plugin-10.0.32.18-release.i386

it is all packages that it's installed

and
now the folder firefox_version

[root@localhost lib]# cd firefox-3.5.3/
[root@localhost firefox-3.5.3]# firefox -safe-mode
[root@localhost firefox-3.5.3]#

up the page but don`t show me the picture about mode safe. also ejecute alt +f2 and it didn't nothing. only up normal page

as root:

rpm -e libflashsupport <enter>

And re-start firefox. Try it again.

Hey - it worked for me.
it's great result,

the error apparently was the libflashsupport, which should be eliminated .. so. what?? ..
whatever... thank you Zotter.

I can now watch the videos
