fedora remembering running applications

Hi, I ticked the startup application->option->Automatically remember running applications. Now even if I've unticked it is still remembering. Even after reboot !

I don't really use it, but what I think you have to do is close all the applications that you don't want to run automatically, then tick "Automatically remember....." and restart your session. Only after you have done that, should you un-tick that option.

Something like "Forget running applications" would have made more sense, imo.

I close all apps and tick and logout. still one applicatoin(impress) starts at start up
Gnome fedora 11 on dell laptop . fully up to date.

solved now. I kill the simpress.bin and tick remember and logout and login back. nothing at start up now . Why impress is so stubborn ??
