job market, recruiters, or maybe recruited by an acutal employee

I didn't know where to post this but I figured this most likely qualified as "wibble". I think it never hurts to try and network in the communities you frequent and I'm currently looking for a new position in the San Diego area. I've got plenty of certs (CCNA, MCP, RHCT, NCDA, VCP) lots of experience (since 1999) doing lots of different stuff (defense, medical, financial, mostly focused on networking and host security recently).

If there are any professionals in the San Diego area that read this and think, " well maybe that will work", send me a pm, let's chat. If not, not a big deal I still have recruiters trying to get me to work but I'd rather be recruited by an actual employee of a company that enjoys their job.

If this isn't the right forum or this type of post isn't allowed, I apologize in advance.

Thanks!
