Unhappy FC reboots with no reason

Help!!!

I've FC3 test2 installed on my system (MSI 865PE mobo, P4 2,4ghz, 80 Maxtor SATA,...)
and it reboots constantly for no reason. it crashes everywhere (while booting, while logging on with gdm, in gnome...) IT DRIVES ME MAD!!!

I noticed today with the new 2.6.8 kernel (FC2) that logging out of Gnome seems to crash the computer, requiring a reboot.
