Printed page is cut off

Hello, i was able to set up my printer using a guide i found on this site. However when i print a page from my e-mail account, for example. It will either print the whole page with advertisements and all when i select print from the file menu up top or it will only print what is showing on the screen and cut off the rest of the words in the e-mail that are not showing on the screen, when i select print icon within the e-mail. I appreciate any suggestions.

I'm not at all sure what your problem is, but to help others give you solutions, you'll need to identify your printer and exactly which 'guide' you used.

I apologize for the lack of information, i am using an HP PSC 1610xi all in one.
The guide i used was from the HP Driver download site. It worked to get the printer to print something however like i said in the OP it is printing funky when i print from within an e-mail.

Only within an email? And is this from the hplip site? Sometimes, their instructions seem to be a bit off.

If it was from the hplip site, you are probably better off removing that software and using the rpm. It's already up to the latest version of hplip. (Note that I'm guessing--it's just that I know for Linux, HP tends to send you there.) And that printer has been supported by hplip for awhile now.
