my monitor turn black

hello my monitor turn black while i was rebooting, i have dell c800 laptop it used to happen to me before but never while booting up, then on i use the command mode to shut the computer it didn't brother me,

but the problem is when i boot up sometimes the computer screen turn black, maybe I used my laptrop for long session (time) I used to have 3d screen saver, now only two d screen saver does anyone know the solution, thanks
