Exclamation Constant Brasero errors

Hi,
I have tried a few distros and have been settled on Fedora 11 for a couple months. I keep getting errors burning data or iso images with Brasero.

Some of the error window for the session log contains "user does not have access to this device" and just tonight I tried another image burn of an ISO and I get various lines of:

BraseroReadom stderr: addr: 287872 cnt: 64
BraseroReadom: called: brasero_job_get_output_type

the number for the addr: varies but the cnt: 64 is persistent through all of the lines.

I didn't get the access denied portion, but 99 percent of the time I get that. My account is just the one I used at install.

The end of the log is braserochecksumimage called brasero_job_error

then asked to stop because of an error
error = 24
message = 'some files may be corrupted on the disc"

It normally comes out that my copy or data is fine and when I tried the kde version I never get these errors, I was also going to install k3b just to get past this but I figured someone must know. I have posted before with no results.

THANKS in advance!!!

I've been getting similar reports of burning errors, and the ' access denied ' after I've burned the CD. Like you, I've found that the burn is actually OK, so my guess is a bug giving false alarms. I'll admit that as it isn't a show-stopper I haven't filed a bug report, you might want to check Bugzilla to see if anyone has reported it.
