fc11 battery and boot problems

Help guys =( i really wanna switch to fedora 11, but i have a problem with the battery (ive seen on other treads similar problems, but not the same as mine) it constantly says (0.0%) weather its charging or discharging, and also i cant hotboot at all, right as i get pass gdm login, it goes right back to that screen, and after having cold booted 2 times, the same thing happens regardless of what i do. Im on fedora 10 right, its beautiful, no problems, cant i just copy some kinda battery settings thingy from fc10 to fc11 to fix all this? (i doubt it but worth asking anyway)

Is your system fully updated? Do you have latest kernel?

Boot your system with acpi=off parameter, make sure you install all updates and check if there is any change.
