Question sudden stop of f11

Hi,

My HP dv7-2185 installed f11 x86-64.

There are sudden stops today, the screen fraze, no response, even 'alt-ctrl-del'.

It seemed happen once before.

I may re-install the system. But, does anyone see this case ? any tips?
