Question Create a bootable USB disk of install Fedora DVD

How can one make a bootable USB Disk (flash drive) from the Fedora DVD; I have the Fedora 10 DVD that I would like to install onto a laptop without a DVD drive (minimum hardware requirements are supported on the laptop).
