xrandr rotated display, mouse cursor all messed up.

Does anyone know how I can fix this:

If I just attatch the monitor and tell xrandr to move it to the right of my laptop, without rotation, the cursor is right on track. But if i rotate the monitor, left or right, with xranr, the mouse is sideways and the "active spot, is about 20px to the right or left. The windows and everything works just fine, except for the cursor.

This is really annoying and I've seen a few bugs on Bugzilla, but no solutions. Is there some config file or what ever I need to edit to get this to work?

Edit: If I turn off the laptop monitor and just have the external rotated, the cursor is working correctly.
