gparted, kparted are good. gparted has a bootable cd iso on their website:
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

should have added: yum install gparted

It shouldn't. Gparted has a good help system with step-by-step instructions for creating, shrinking partitions. One "gotcha" is that Linux partitions must be unmounted before they can be altered, which is why the bootable cd is useful.

Edit: I don't use it, but I have read that Vista now has good software to shrink itself and create free space.

Tried gparted it doesn't give any option to let me do anything but delete, it says the logical drive is not supported the disc type is LMV2 linux set this at install.

Any ideas?
