Cannot change mouse wheel scroll in F11

I want to change the value of mouse wheel scrolls from 1 lines to 10 lines, so I go in: System setting -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Mouse -> Advanced, but it does not work. I can accelerate the pointer speed by 10x in this menu but somehow it is not functional to the mouse scroll. Is it a bug or something else? I am using F11_x86_64, KDE.
