Can anyone run blender in updated F11 on intel

Hi friends,
The title must have been obvious. Can anyone run blender in updated F11 on intel hardware (965M,x86_64) . Basically i get hard lockups immediately on starting blender, with kernel modesetting both enabled and disabled. It also freezes on a few other apps. I'm want to be sure that if i'm not alone in this before filing a bug report. I've already made a comment on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=507282.
Thanks for your replies

I too had created a bug report https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=509805
I've also posted a workaround in that report comment #1, though the performance is marginally degraded (hypothetically) i could not notice it.
