Transparent Menu Bar

So I have been able to get my gnome-terminal to be transparent and have compiz-fusion setup so that my dropdown menus are transparent... but the Menu Bar with File, Eidt, View, etc is never transparent unless I make the whole window transparent with compiz.....

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like now... Anybody know how to make the file/edit/view/etc menus transparent?

I don't think it's possible to make just the menu bar transparent, sorry. At least I've never heard of any compositor supporting that.

Is it that it is working in Ubuntu using CCSM, and with the same settings, it does not work in Fedora 12?

You can make those transparent using Murrine and RGBA, but that doesn't play well with a lot of apps. :-(
