mozilla plugins

fc3 amd64
tring to install flashplayer into m1.7 I get an error that not supported ie..64bit any one running mozilla able to get around this? also I seem to remember that I had the same type of error in FC2 tring to install Jave plugin.

hi,

i think about that plugins are only for i386 architecture.

not all plugins will run under 64 mode

I guess my next question is with no more than some web browsing and e-mail would running the 32 bit fc3 work just as well for now?

Try to remove the 64bit version and installed the 32bit version.

both java (sun jre 1.4.2_05-b04) and flash (Shockwave Flash 7.0 r25) install just fine on firefox 1.0PR x86_64 version
