Apache Virtual host redirect to Default server

I've created a virtual host and when I try to access it it displays the root of the Default Server. Running Fedora 11. This works fine in our Fedora 8, same configuration.

192.168.0.200
Default server is set to

Listen 80

virtual server
<VirtualHost 192.168.0.98:80>
DocumentRoot /home/user/www
ServerName 192.168.0.98
<Directory "/home/user/www">
allow from all
Options +Indexes
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>

Any thoughts?

Partial Fix

I found this to be caused by SELinux. Problems corrected with SELinux temporarily turned off, or disabled.

Thank you for coming back and posting the answer. Some folks don't like to share, and just post never mind, solved it, or even worse, just delete their post.

There's probably a way around it even with SELinux. Therefore, I'm not going to mark partially fixed or anything similar in the subject of the thread, in the hope of luring in someone who knows the answer.

(I'm soooo devious.)
