Changing update mirror: F11

How do I change the update mirror in F11?
I am trying to install vlc and this is what it shows:
Running transaction check
---> Package mozilla-vlc.x86_64 0:1.0.0-0.11rc3.fc11 set to be updated
http://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/Linux/Fed...ts.sqlite.bz2: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
updates/filelists_db 45% [======- ] 938 B/s | 1.5 MB 34:15 ETA

It is very very slow.
Thanks in advance

EDIT: This is the server link that fedora was downloading from:

ftp://ftp.oss.eznetsols.org/linux/fe...ts.sqlite.bz2:
