Gnome menu missing System Preferences Personal

I have been reading several guides on configuring F11, and many state that there is something called "personal" under System->Preferences->

I dont have this, just PalmOS and Personal File Sharing (and others).

How can this one System->Preferences->personal be added? And why is it missing?

thanks for any help

I've tried all the menu configs and I cannot find the menu anywhere.

System->Preferences->Personal (or some say more preferences). WTH.

what i'm trying to do is get compiz and conky to run at startup by setting it from this menu. Currently I have to log in and run compiz-fusion-icon, and conky, manually.

To answer your original question about where to install the "Personal" preferences menu entry:

Code:
sudo yum install preferences-menus
The above package will group all preferences menu entries into categories, "Personal" being a category.
