F10 can't wake from suspend using WOL but can wake from shutdown

If I shut my PC down using shutdown -h I can use a WOL packet to wake it up again.

But if I use pm-suspend this doesn't work, and the only thing which will wake the PC from suspend is the power switch.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Would appreciate any pointers to sorting this out.

Thanks

Jon.
