F11 XFCE Live spin won't install

I tried to install the F11 Live CD XFCE spin using unetbootin on a USB stick. The error I get immediately after power up is:

/ubnkern
Invalid or corrupt kernel image.
boot:

Using same process but with the default (Gnome) Live CD image on the same USB stick boots Live and also installs fine, so I presume that my USB stick is ok. I downloaded again the XFCE image but still the same error.

Has anyone had a successful USB install using the Live CD XFCE spin? What was the process you used in loading the USB stick? I used unetbootin.

My system is an Acer Aspire One A110 8GB SSD and 512MB RAM.

Thanks
Steve

Thanks. I was finally successful by re-downloading the image and making the USB stick using liveusb-creator running in Fedora 10.
