Online SSH client

Hello,

Not sure if i'm in the right forum with this request, but though I give it a try

My company blocked port 22/23 for telnet and SSH which would have been quite nice to access my box at home.

I found a page on the net (https://www.serfish.com/console/) which works perfectly fine, but due a demo version stops after 20 seconds.

Does anybody know a similar page or any other way I could remote access my PC?

Many Thanks,
Chris

There is http://www.anyterm.org. Have never used it though.

I suppose the real question is, is it a good idea to break company IT policy.

Personally when I need such facilities I bring my own laptop in and then connect over 3G, at lunchtime of course.

Trigpoint is right in the sense that one shouldn't break company policy, especially in these troubled economic times.

However, the easy way is to set up your ssh server to listen on another port, assuming your company is blocking ports for security reasons, and not to prevent employees from wasting time on their home machines.

If you just an ssh client to work on Windows, there's the free putty.exe. You don't even install it, it's a binary that sits on the Windows machine, and you can specify the port.
