Unhappy mce remote contro model 1039 help

Hi all

I have installed fedora 10 with mythtv. at some point the remote control was working then i had to reimage the computer again. Now the remote wont work Im not a linux guru this is why is so dificult.

i know that it is installed because i do this lsusb and get
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 1532:00fb Razer USA, Ltd
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

I do irw and nothing happens.

I have only two users mythtv and root

this is driving me crazy please help anyone.

hey rrichiez, im having the same issue's except for i am running the new fedora11 (love it btw)

i have tried installing this in both fedora10 and 11 and having all sorts of issue's. if you figure anything out with this can you point me in the right direction?? i will keep on trying to figure it out on my rig here and let you know of any progress i make.
