well livna, rpmfusion and leigh's compiz-fusion repo seem to have f11 rpm's.

i assume the adobe flash/acrobat repo is version-independent.

obviously the fedora ones will be ready (subject to mirroring).

that'll do nicely for me - 50min left on the download.....

I don't know where to put this question exactly. all my repositories updates, fedora, rpmfusion-free, and so on are fedora 11.9 - x86_64 - ........
last night my laptop had me do 500 updates and I keep my systems up to date so I am wondering if I got 12 stuff already if so how do I back track and get my 11 repos ?

looks like you've used the rawhide repositories, which have now switched to f12.
