Thumbs up help with sound on skype

Hi I am on Fedora 10 and my sound card details are as follows :-
00:1e.2 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW (ICH6 Family) AC'97 Audio Controller (rev 04)
I am able to hear all my contacts on skype but no one can hear me. In my sound preferences, my sound capture is "PulseAudio Sound Server" and Device is "Intel ICH6 (Alsa Mixer)". I am able to listen to all audio files/music on vlc.
Help required urgently please.
Thanks
Dhiraj
