well if the install dvd is still enabled as a repo you can just install it through yum:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/KDE
however since the release of fedora 10 KDE4.2.x has been pushed to the update repos, which totally replaces KDE4.1 on the DVD (and is insane amount better as well) so you will pull in another full KDE from the internet when you next update anyway .... might as well get KDE4.2 the first time around imho (or if your DVD is a recent respin, it might already have KDE4.2 , but not the original.)
