Hello waramoore
A lot of the add-ons for multi-media etc. fall foul of the strict rules that Fedora enforces over what is included in the distribution.
Most of them are available in third party repositories and can be installed through Yum.
There may be a problem for you though if you are using F11 as this is only a preview release and most of the third party repositories don't get populated until the relase is final.

contains most of what you would need to do for Fedora 10 and some may translate to F11. That which doesn't will either have to be achieved the hard way or we will need to wait for two or three weeks until F11 becomes final.
