Using APF for MAC address dropping?

I just starting using APF and it's been doing a great job so far. I am seeing more logs of people using the same mac address with different ips so I don't think apf is picking up on them automatically to drop their ips.

So, is there a way to add someones MAC address to the firewall?

Thanx
