ATI 3.12.0 driver issuesATI Radeon Mobility U1, aka ATI Radeon IGP 320M drivers?

I'm trying to follow http://fedorafaq.org/#radeon but it doesn't say what version of ATI driver the patch is meant for (I'm guessing not this latest 3.12.0 version released 9/9/2004), just the version of X (4.3.0). I have an ATI Radeon Mobility U1, aka ATI Radeon IGP 320M.

Error, I just went to ATI's site and walked through picking "Linux" and then "Mobile" and I get this evil page: http://www.ati.com/support/products/...ops/index.html

No drivers for their mobille video cards... any ideas?

i think the patch really does not work...i tried on my machine and same issue here so i gave up...apperently it has to do with my mb chipste KT600
