Question Keeping track of html doc revisions

Does anyone know of a software package that can help me keep track of revisions to a html or php document?
Or what is a good practice?
Thanks all !!

Look at a version control system like Subversion. It may be a little complicated for what you need but it is relatively easy to set up and you can track changes for any kind of file. It is in the repos.
