volume channel control

In F10 I could right click on the volume panel icon and then click on volume control (or something) and it would give me a window to change the volume of every device. In F11B I can't find this console any where.

I REALLY need to find how to control the chanel volume, b/c everything is quiet until i max out the front channel.
