Build an RPM from scratch!

Hy everybody everywhere,

I've used to just download and install ( tar, tar.gz, rpms, ... files).
Now i would like to know actually, how to build an RPM from a simple shell script (file.sh)

i've looked around, and i did not find a good tuto!

Any link or even an explanation on how we do it from scratch will be much appreciated ?
