FIX lockups under heavy disk i/o

My box was randomly locking up (the disk light would stay on) I managed to recreate it it with bonnie, it would lock up every time.

Anyhow the fix seems to be to add noapic to the kernel params, thanks to RHEL 3 U3 notes for that

Seems to fix FC2 as well

box is gigabyte k8n pro with segate SATA disk, I'll post more details if anyone wants them.
