live usb with a difference

hey
i use fedora at home but want to use it at uni for my programming course but i dont have acess to the bios to edit it to boot of a usb so im after making fedora like dsl where i plug in the usb drive when logged into windows double click it boots up and then remembers my settings when i log off n shut down fedora

is this possible?
