packages skipped because of dependencies

Getting this message for some time now updating system. Any ideas?

You probably have old sectool package from F10 (in F10 is 0.9.2 version and in F11 is 0.9.1 version) and this has dependency problems. Try to remove sectool, after that update system and finally you can install sectool again (now F11 version - 0.9.1).
