Question touch-pad "CLICK" doesn't work .

Hi :
I installed Fedora Core 3 ( test-I) version on my DELL inspiron 1100. The touch-pad "CLICK" is
not working anymore, while it was working in RH9.0 on the same system. Where as I get a message
while booting...

Console mouse service ( no mouse is configured )

Can anybody suggest what can be done to overcome this problem ?
