Arrow Linux system's port forwarding

I have squid proxy and apache on the same system . Its a global static ip based system [Fedora] where I want to configure apache .
Now please help me regarding to the port forwarding , so that all LAN users able to browse internet through Transparent squid and also outsiders able to browse my global static ip based apache . Because Outsiders are not able to browse the apache system through 80 port [showing connection refused] .
So need port forwarding in both case . But I m confused how to forward port 80 in both case on same system .
