Adding rpmfusion to yum config file

Under /etc/yum.conf in vi, do I just add:

/etc/yum.repos.d/rpmfusion.repo
[rpmfusion]
name=RPM Fusion
baseurl=http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/10/Everything/ppc/os/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

under repos? so rpm fusion is added to the yum config?

rpm -Uvh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm
