libselinux speeds up xorg

Noticeable in
nautilus, gnome-terminal, starting firefox (panel works on first click rather than multiple times)

Yes i am not sure about the details but you can probably find some on the selinux mailing list.

I think it has to do with category/security level translation in SE-X. Not sure.
