I brought a TV card and installed on Fedora 9.

Want to know how to make it as a streaming server?

My TV card is OSPREY 230.
My OS is fedora 9.
Desktop Env is GNOME
I want to stream the TV signal inputted from that card so that other computer can access the video by some thing like http://www.myco.com/myvideo or mms://www.myco.com/myvideo
