How to set PanelDelayCompensation F10 Fedora10 Fedora 10

I have found that some problems with the display on my laptop are directly related to PanelDelayCompensation and PanelDelayCompensation1. The right values for these are reported by Xorg.0.conf to be 0x01 and 0x04, respectively. I don't know why they change sometimes to other, wrong values, but I would like to know how to set those permanently.

I finally found the solution. I was able to get the information off of the sis driver creators website.
I was able to set the parameters this way:
Option "PanelDelayCompensation" "01"
