This seems like it should be a pretty simple question... but I've never had to do it before and am not really sure how to proceed. I want to run one of the custom kernels out of koji to see if it fixes the kernel panics I've been having with the current mainstream kernel. I pulled down the rpm and tried to install it with just the rpm command but I'm missing the corresponding firmware rpm for that kernel version... do I need to compile that from source...what's next?
