If you're familiar with html, you can install Bluefish, which is a good one. If you prefer WYSIWYG style, my suggestion is to install Seamonkey, which approximates the ol' Netscape, and use it's Composer feature under the Window tab. Otherwise, Kompozer is a free-standing WYSIWYG that you can install, although you'd have to grab it from the source since it's not in the repos.

I think kompozer is good to use
What you see is what you get and you can edit the html directly also
Kompozer is almost the same software as nvu wich was developed by netscape.
I forgot nvu is not well suported by fedora but runs fine in wine.
However kompozer is the same thing

Yea, kompozer is good stuff. It's just horribly broken right now.
Something to with the new gtk doohickey ?

You can still use it, install virtual box and run kompozer form like puppy or something.
I think they have the same problem over in ubuntu too.

The Seamonkey composer is about the same without the css editor.

Let me know if you figure this out, a menu system that's easy to use with kompozer.

Be sure to post back, early and often.

Wait...
Isn't Komposer just Nvu with bug fixes? I notice Kompzer has RedHat Package link, will that work in Fedora? I'm going to try it out tonight.

Quanta Plus is pretty good for combining the page styling and layout with the code portion. I like the split-screen capability where I change something in the code panel and it shows up automatically in the WYSIWYG panel and vice-verse.

(just went to the Nvu website.. a lot has happened it seems. I last used it when it was abandoned at version 1.0)

p.s. Anybody who sees I am incorrect in technical procedures, etc., please feel free to correct me. I'm just figuring this out as I go along. :D
