Question Assigning diff languages to diff users

I installed Fedora10, created 3 users and I want to have a different language for each. Obviously, when I change it from the admin menu it changes the language interface for the system as a whole. Is it possible to do this or should I just settle to one language for everybody?
Please help!
Thanks!
