No sound on headphones

I can't get sound on my headphones (they're not broken and work fine on other systems). Running F10, and have run it on my laptop before with no sound issues.

Soundcard is Intel, so it's pretty standard. Again, I've had F10 on this PC (Dell D600) several times without any issues.

Any help or tips would be most appreciated.
